Newborn photography is one of the best ways to create everlasting memories of your baby’s first days in this world. We will photograph their curly poses, milk spots, tiny toes, fluffy hair, squishy legs, and all that is new and fresh about your little loved one.

Newborn Story Photography is the biggest studio in the North East to offer & specialize in maternity & newborn photography. We are proud of our years of experience, having photographed over 4,000 newborn babies. We are THE North East's expert in maternity & newborn photography!

Don't worry if you've never experienced this type of shoot. We provide a very safe and warm environment! Our studio is just at the right temperature and the shoot allows plenty of time for feeding and cuddles.

We work predominantly with pre-bookings. We encouraged you to, therefore, pre-book after your first scan. As pre-bookings always have priority, we will be able to guarantee you a slot at the perfect moment for your shoot.

To capture the newborn stage, we work with a tiny window of opportunity. We would normally arrange the shoot day in the first 14 days of your baby's life.

The Exclusive Newborn Experience includes:

- ordering appointment
- 30 minute (optional) phone consultation prior to your session
- up to 3 hours long newborn photoshoot
- a minimum of 5 different setups of your choice
- full access to choose your preferred poses, props, and colour themes
- 3 pricing packages to suit your budgets starting from £250
- professional retouching of your chosen images
- family portraits included at no extra cost
- additional digital & print images available at discounted rates

Premium products (art panels, albums, canvas, frames and more) are also available to purchase.

We also offer family portraits for both shoots, so your partner and/or older children can join at no extra cost.

Tip: Book a professional makeup artist! Our make-up artist will come to the studio prior to your session to do your makeup. The price for this service is £60, and can be paid via cash or card.

All photoshoots are tailored to your own taste! This experience is all about you and your baby, so you are the boss!

Please note, if you need to reschedule your session for any reason (feeling unwell etc.), you can book a new slot with your deposit for the duration of 3 months. Hence, you are able to book any type of session with your deposit within a 3 month period.
If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable.
